I don't recommend what I haven't built. My team runs on the same AI systems I build for clients. When I sit across from a CTO and say "this will work," it's because it's already running in production.

I've mapped eight workflows at a client and recommended touching three. Scope discipline isn't saying no to bad ideas — it's saying no to good ones that aren't essential. The value lives in what you choose not to build.

My career started on stage. Seven years of musical theatre, TV, and film. It's still the most useful thing I bring into a room: reading an audience and telling a story that lands. Then startups, private equity, and co-founding an AI consulting firm. None of it came from business school.
